1. All prices are subject to GST where applicable.
2. A user is defined as a subscriber to PIMS and is not an employee or inductee.
3. You can vary the number of subscribed users at any time. Typically, one user per project is all that is required, with one additional user in a managerial role across all projects.
4. To minimise costs, subscriptions can be suspended by deactivating individual projects or the entire account for a minimum of 30 days. Billing is resumed from the date of reactivation.
5. Online and site inductions can be conducted independently of each other.
6. We will create online induction programs based on the content you provide free of charge.
7. The PIMS Project Assistant requires subscription to the Site Attendance Tracker for full functionality. Otherwise, access is limited to verification of employee project status, qualifications and attendance status, verification of visitor attendance status and management of toolbox talk attendance.
